Colour-Pop Sundown Portraits with Christine VanInk

Not every portrait shoot lends itself to the use of playful colour in abundance, and less so at sunset when most tones are either warm and golden, or pastel and pink. This time I was determined to have the best of both with candy-colour pop vibes and the warm sundown light - shooting with the bright, colourful and effervescent Christine VanInk.

This was actually my second set / wardrobe change with Christine on the day. In terms of blog posts, this is effectively Part 2 of a 3 part series, so keep an eye out for the last set coming up soon - where we play with some moody tones in the blue hour!

All in all, a wonderful session at sunset, and I’m happy with the outcome. Let me know what you think in the comments below.

Until next time,
Ken
